Another small piece of the Kluge empire is up for sale

Following the October auction of some of her "objects of vertu" and the announcement later that month that her 23,538-square foot house and 300 adjoining acres are for sale for $100 million, news from Christie’s that winery owner Patricia Kluge’s downsizing continues with a pending auction of more of her silver.

This time it’s a pair of Tiffany dessert plates, perfect for eating cake. Asking price: $1,000-$1,500 apiece.

The auction is slated for January 21 – 25.
