Danville vaccination center halts walk-ins after UVA students flock south


More than 83,000 residents of Charlottesville and Albemarle County have been vaccinated, while in Pittsylvania County, where Danville is located, 23,554 vaccines have been administered. The health department reports that 27.4 percent of Virginians have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
