R.K. Ramazani: U.S. ‘dean of Iranian foreign policy studies’ dies at 88
Ruhi Ramazani became a U.S. citizen in the 1950s, and was a regular at the naturalization ceremony at Monticello on the Fourth of July. He’s photographed here in 2008, when President George W. Bush was the speaker.
