Three UVA football players suspended following assault charges

Yesterday afternoon, news broke that UVA Football head coach Mike London had indefinitely suspended three players—starting linebacker Ausar Walcott, starting cornerback Devin Wallace and center Mike Price—for unspecified inappropriate conduct. Today, the Washington Post reports that all three players were charged with multiple counts of assault and battery connected to a January 30 altercation in Harrisonburg.

To add to UVA’s roster woes, the Cavalier Daily confirms that second-year tailback Torrey Mack is no longer enrolled at the university.
