Cuccinelli climate investigation reaches the Virginia Supreme Court

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli just earned a bigger stage for his investigation of former UVA climate scientist Michael Mann. Earlier this year, Richmond Democratic Senator Don McEachin proposed a bill to repeal the Office of the Attorney General’s right to launch civil investigative demands. That bill was incorporated into another that sought to bar the AG from investigating academic matters at public universities, and was ultimately left in committee.
